Completed the inception meeting and opening ceremony

On 14 December 2022, Dr. Souliuodong Soundara Deputy Minister of Ministry of Education and Sports opened the inception meeting and opening ceremony event of the project - Building Awareness for Establishing and Strengthening Lao Research and Education Network (LERNET). LERNET will link all Lao education and research organisations together to enable closer collaboration like critical applications, resource sharing, education and research activities across the country. By connecting to the global research and education network (TIEN Network), researchers, academicians and students in Laos would access to highspeed internet connections with multiple services like publications, research applications, lab tools, eduroam and much more.
