Lao Education and Research NETwork or LERNET is managed by the Information Technology center at National University of Laos (NUOL). LERNET has three main members and all members are public universities controlled by the Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES). It is unofficially established as the national NREN for supporting Lao education and research sector, including students, researchers and institutions.
